Reservation/Security/Damage Deposit Policy
A refundable $250.00 Damage/Reservation deposit is required at time of booking for all reservations.
Your deposit will be applied to your rent upon arrival.
If you cancel your reservation then our cancellation policy will be enforced.
In the event of a cancellation and according to our policy, deposits paid by credit card will be credited to the same card, otherwise a check will be created and sent to the guests address on record.

Standard Cancellation and refund policy
Outside 14 days of your arrival you will be charged $50.00.
Inside 14 days of your arrival the entire deposit will be forfeited.
No refund due to late arrival, early departure or weather.

Persons who book 6 months prior to their arrival date and Monthly reservations
​Reservations cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival will be charged a $125.00 processing fee.
Cancellations less than 90 days of arrival, forfeit the entire deposit amount of $250.00.

Check-in/Check-out
​Check-in 4 p.m. / Check-out 11:00 a.m. promptly.

No pets
Absolutely No pets are allowed on the property – NO EXCEPTIONS. Violations to the no pet policy will result in forfeiture of rents and deposits. Additional charges of $250 for deodorizing and sanitizing, $60 minimum for extermination, and applicable fines by the association, followed by immediate eviction.

No smoking
All units are non-smoking. A $250.00 air purifying fee will be charged if you or your guests smoke in the unit.Eviction will follow if smoking continues.
​
No trailer parking
There is no available parking for boats, boat trailers, recreational vehicles, cargo trailers or jet skis.
​
Family Rental only
No young adults (under 25 years of age) allowed without a parent or appointed chaperone over the age of 25 in each unit.
