Check-in/Check-out Policy
-
Check-in is 4:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m.
-
In some instances, access to your unit may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues.
-
There will be no discounts offered due to late check-in.
-
Guests arriving later than 5:00 p.m. may retrieve a key from the lock box located at the end of the mailboxes in the Seacrest lobby (the lock box code is listed on your emailed confirmation). Please check in not later than 10:00 a.m. the following day.

Unit Assignment is subject to change without notice.

Guests who exceed designated occupancy limits are subject to eviction and forfeiture of all payments and deposits.

Reservation Deposit Policy
-
A $250.00 reservation deposit is required at time of booking daily/weekly reservations.
-
This deposit will be applied to your rent when you arrive and pay the remaining balance of your rent.

The deposit will be used as payment in accordance with our cancellation policies.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
Reservations cancelled prior to 14 days of the arrival date will be charged a $50.00 processing fee.
-
Cancellations providing less than 14 days notification prior to the arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit.
-
No refund due to late arrival, early departure or weather.
​
Hurricane Policy
-
Refunds are for unused days and only in the event of a Government issued Mandatory Evacuation of our location.
​
Credit Cards and Payments
-
MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
-
No personal checks.
​
Cleaning Fees
-
A cleaning fee is charged on all reservations. (see RATES page for amounts)

No Pets Allowed
-
Absolutely no pets are allowed on the property – NO EXCEPTIONS.
-
Violations to the no pet policy will result in forfeiture of rents and deposits.
-
Additional charges of $250 for deodorizing and sanitizing, $60 minimum for extermination, and applicable fines by the association, followed by immediate eviction.

No Smoking

All units are NON-SMOKING.

A $250.00 air purifying fee will be charged if you or your guests smoke in the unit.

Eviction will follow if smoking continues.
​
Family Rentals Only
-
No young adults without a parent or appointed chaperone over the age of 25 in each unit.
​
Damages
-
Guests are financially responsible for loss or damage to unit during stay.
-
Guest's credit card will be charged for damage, loss or extraordinary trash removal, extraordinary stains or soil to carpet, furniture, linen, kitchen, etc.
​
Housekeeping
-
An initial supply of linens, soap, toilet paper and trash bags is furnished.
-
No towel exchange or daily maid service.
-
Please bring your own beach towels.
-
Towels and linens in the unit are not to leave the unit.

Rates
-
The information provided, though deemed accurate, is not guaranteed. It can be subject to error, omissions, change of price, or withdrawal without notice.

We reserve the right to correct rates that may have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error.

Parking
-
Vehicles and any extensions (some examples are but not limited to; cooler racks, wheelchair racks, bicycle racks etc...) extending beyond the designated parking space (painted lines) must park in the tandem parking area or remove the extensions if possible.

A Limit of only TWO (2) Parking permits will be issued per unit at check-in. Permits must be clearly displayed on mirror or dashboard of vehicle with the last name visible.

There is NO available parking for boats, boat trailers, recreational vehicles, cargo trailers or jet skis.

Maintenance Problems

Promptly report any unit maintenance problems during your stay to WNG Management Services located in the SeaCrest lobby or dial zero (0) from your unit telephone.

It is understood that maintenance staff may enter the unit to respond to any maintenance and/or housekeeping issues during your stay.
​
Security of Personal Property
-
WNG Management Services is not responsible for acts of theft, vandalism, or other damages to guest's personal property or for personal items left by guest in the unit at departure.
