No pets

Absolutely No pets are allowed on the property – NO EXCEPTIONS. Violations to the no pet policy will result in forfeiture of rents and deposits. Additional charges of $250 for deodorizing and sanitizing, $60 minimum for extermination, and applicable fines by the association, followed by immediate eviction.

No smoking

All units are non-smoking. A $250.00 air purifying fee will be charged if you or your guests smoke in the unit.Eviction will follow if smoking continues.

No trailer parking

There is no available parking for boats, boat trailers, recreational vehicles, cargo trailers or jet skis.

Family Rental only

No young adults (under 25 years of age) allowed without a parent or appointed chaperone over the age of 25 in each unit.
